With 25 tons of pressing force, the DP250 Drum Press compacts steel containers and barrels in less than a minute. It reduces the size of containers and barrels to approximately a tenth of their original size.
The 250 Drum Press can compress plastic drums, steel barrels, and other containers up to 200 litres in size.
A Drum Press 250 with two-stage, noiseless hydraulics and an automatic stop function simplifies the compaction and disposal of these containers, thereby reducing the amount of space required for refuse storage.
The compact footprint and spray guard allow the DP250 to operate securely in a clean and hygienic environment.
With ergonomics and user safety in mind, the DP250 is a hydraulic drum press. Not only does it have a small footprint of just over 1 m², but it also has a spray guard with a large viewing window that allows users to operate the press securely.
Due to its compact dimension, the Drum Press can be installed wherever drums are utilized. This creates a fluid, unified waste management system from waste generation to waste compaction.
The top of the drum press is equipped with three venting spikes that puncture openings in the drum during the pressing cycle, and the chromed piston presses drums with a force of 25 tons. The complete pressing cycle lasts only 32 seconds, allowing containers and barrels to be continuously loaded and compacted at a consistent rate.
Drums that have been compressed to a tenth of their original size can be readily stacked and stored. Two-stage, energy-efficient hydraulics that automatically shut off at the conclusion of the cycle.
The DP250 features chromed piston electrical and hydraulic overload protection, as well as a state-of-the-art control system that assures safe and straightforward operation and long-lasting damage protection.
