The A102 pneumatic machine is the third iteration of Mil-tek machines. It features cutting-edge pneumatic technology that uses compressed air to press and release the pressing plate through the cylinder. Reusing compressed air reduces energy consumption and increases the machine’s pressing force.
Additionally, a double-working cylinder eliminates the need for return springs, which increases the pressing cycle.
In addition to being our quickest baler, the A102 is equipped with a variety of intelligent features, such as a bale-out indicator, an integrated banding cutter, and a stroke counter for simple maintenance.
With a footprint of only 0.45 square meters, the A102 can fit into any working environment, from a confined warehouse to a large industrial facility. Patented ECODrive technology distributes power to the pressing plate efficiently during both the down and release cycles.
