The A305 is a medium-sized baler with a double-cycling cylinder and a deep chamber that is adjustable for both cardboard and plastic and has a simple two-handed bale out mechanism.
Utilizing cutting-edge pneumatic technology, the Mil-tek A305 baler ensures highly efficient compaction with minimal energy consumption.
Operating at just 8 bars of pressure, the A305 can compress with 4 tonnes of pressing force while emitting less than 70 dB(a) of noise.
The A305 is the third iteration of Mil-tek pneumatic balers, and it features cutting-edge pneumatic technology that uses compressed air to press and release the pressing plate through the cylinder.
A double-acting cylinder increases the speed and intensity of the pressing cycle. Patented ECO-Drive technology distributes power to the pressing plate efficiently during the downward cycle and locks the pressing plate in position to further compact the material. On release, compressed air is used to return the pressing plate.
The A305 is adaptable to the scale of the workspace, fitting seamlessly into smaller spaces or connecting to larger facilities.
The A305 is capable of creating bundles of up to 100 kg of cardboard and 170 kg of plastic and is adaptable to a variety of other materials.
A double-cycling cylinder accelerates the pressing cycle and eliminates the requirement for return springs. Patented ECODrive technology distributes power to the pressing plate efficiently during the downward cycle and locks the pressing plate in position to further compact the material.
The A305 has a convenient and secure auto-bale out mechanism. In accordance with EN16500 safety standards, the operator stands to the side of the machine and releases the bale using a two-handed mechanism. With a footprint of only 0.85m², the A305 is adaptable to the majority of workplaces.
